Privacy Policy

Design Master Solutions ("we", "us") operates designmastersolutions.com. This page describes what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact form: name, email, phone, and the message you send us. We use it only to reply to your inquiry.
• Optional analytics: if you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 receives usage information such as pages viewed, referrer and interactions so we can understand how visitors find and use this site.

Optional analytics and advertising

• Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are not loaded until you choose the relevant optional category. Analytics cookies support measurement. Marketing cookies allow Meta Pixel to receive page views and contact actions for advertising measurement.
• You can accept, reject or customize these categories, then change your choice at any time using Cookie settings.
• Our configured events do not include project message contents or form values. When you opt into an optional category, Google and Meta may process page, interaction and technical information through their own features and services. See their privacy terms for details.

Design Master Solutions app

Our client app (iPhone, iPad and Android) is for Design Master Solutions clients and shows what the client area at portal.designmastersolutions.com shows.

• Account data: name, email, phone and address of your client account, used to sign you in and to show your invoices, services, support tickets and website messages. Sign-in by email code, password, Google or Apple; we never see your Google or Apple password.
• Mailbox passwords: when you read your hosting email in the app, the mailbox password stays only on your device (Keychain / Keystore) and is erased when you sign out.
• Notifications: if you allow them, a device token from Firebase Cloud Messaging is kept with your session so we can tell you about ticket replies and new website messages.
• Crash reports: crash data without personal information (Sentry).

We do not sell your data and the app has no ads or tracking.

Deleting your account

In the app, open Account > Delete my account: we receive the request as a support ticket and your app sessions end right away. You can also email info@designmastersolutions.com. We delete your account and personal data within 30 days, keeping only invoices and payment records that the law requires us to keep.

Service providers

Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and delivered to us by email. Google and Meta process optional analytics data under their own privacy terms when you grant the corresponding consent.

Retention & your rights

We keep inquiry emails as long as needed to serve you. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email info@designmastersolutions.com or call (617) 275-3254.
