Can you move my site from another host?
Yes. We move the files, databases and mailboxes, check the site on our servers and only then switch the domain over.
Do you host WordPress?
Yes, alongside hand-coded sites. WordPress sites can add our maintenance plan, with updates tested by a purchase after every run.
What happens if my site goes down?
Our monitoring alerts us and we restore from the daily backup when needed. You can reach us by phone, WhatsApp or a support ticket in the client portal.
Is email included?
Yes. Hosting plans include email accounts on your domain, and we also offer Google Workspace and professional email if you prefer.
Where do I pay invoices?
In the client portal at portal.designmastersolutions.com, where you also see renewals and open support tickets.
